Bale Mountains National Park (One Park: Many Worlds) has inscribed by UNESCO as a World Natural Heritage Site of Ethiopia. I would like to thank those who contribute their effort for this enormous achievement. As BMNP is a research center, Madda Walabu University had play a great role to this achievement. Our contribution will significantly continue especially in conserving the world heritage sites via providing research output and developing community engagement projects.

Upcoming Issues (January 2022 and June 2022)
JESSD is a multidisciplinary international journal published by Madda Walabu University. The JESSD is a peer-reviewed journal that publishes original research articles, review articles, short communications, and research notes in the field of sciences, technology, and social sciences, arts, and humanities on the basis of their originality and scientific importance. The Journal is available in open access and print version.

All submitted manuscripts go through a preliminary desk review by the editorial office for suitability and adherence to the requirements for the Journal guideline. Manuscripts that fulfill the preliminary review criteria will pass through the peer-review process and be refereed by at least two potential reviewers who will be selected based on the relevance of their field of specialization to the manuscript and please be aware that the JESSD uses an anonymous review process.

The manuscript should include a title page, the author's name(s), affiliation(s), completed addresses, and the corresponding author's email.

Therefore, JESSD welcomes all interested scholars to submit manuscripts that meet the general criteria indicated in the author guideline. The manuscript can be submitted only through the journal online submission system. JESSD uses Online Journal System (OJS) to manage the peer-review process.
