This video was taken in the rain last week but it is still damp at the moment and more rain is forecast and winter is definitely on the way. Leñas La Cala is on the road out of La Cala de Mijas towards Entreriros and is located just in front of the dog shelter. They deliver logs derived from an assortment of different types of trees. We have saved quite a bit this year by changing where we fill up the tank of our car and have no problem with the quality of the product. Where do you go to the pumps and why? FLOODING IN ALORA⛈
Although we had a spectacular thunder and lightning display and plenty of rain in Mijas Costa yesterday, it was nowhere near as bad as the flooding in Alora. Hope everyone is safe there. Think there is more to come over the next couple of days including unfortunately on the bank holiday on Friday.

FRESH SUSHI BOOTH IN CARREFOUR CC LOS OLIVOS
Did you know that there is a fresh Sushi booth on the left at the back of the Carrefour in CC Los Olivos, Calahonda. They also sell some Japanese accessories. We have given this a try and really quite enjoyed them.

A few days ago a car crashed into a house in Arizona, USA. As a couple sat down to eat with their 4 dogs. Unbelievably, everyone was OK, and the dogs - how lucky?
