Tell the Doctor Versions in English Dutch German French. The idea was picked up by interpreter Jan Meijer and soon a Dutch version became available, becoming in instant hit.

Communicate with the Spanish doctor - Bilingual guides with words and expressions to help you communicate on medical matters, including information on the Spanish health and social services. From its early beginnings - the first basic edition was launched in English in 1992 - "Tell the Doctor" has been a huge success with English-speaking expats and tourists in Spain alike and over the years there

have been many reprints. More than five years ago the booklet became a subject of discussion in the local Dutch press in Spain and it was lamented that there were no such booklets available in Dutch, or other European languages. Logically, the next steps were German and French versions and these saw the light some years ago. Today all four language versions enjoy widespread popularity in Spain, as well as in the Dutch, German and French-speaking countries. Many copies have been sold to travelers in Latin-America as well and - interestingly - some Spanish language schools have put it to good use as educational tools.
