So here’s a thing of note, don’t know how accurate or if there is better advice to add…

If you were alone and had a heart attack. What are you going to do then?
A rarely good post that can't be shared often enough:

You are really tired and frustrated.
All of a sudden your chest pains. They are starting to radiate in the arm and jaw. It feels like being stabbed in the chest and heart. You're only a few miles away from the nearest hospital or home.

Unfortunately you don't know if you can make it..

Maybe you've taken CPR training, but the person running the course hasn't told you how to help yourself.

How do you survive a heart attack when you're alone when it happens? A person who is feeling weak and whose heart is beating hard has only about 10 seconds before losing consciousness.

But you can help yourself by coughing repeatedly and very strongly! Deep breaths before every cough. Coughing should be repeated every second until you arrive at the hospital or until your heart starts to beat normally.

Deep breathing gives oxygen to your lungs and coughing movements boost the heart and blood circulation. Heart pressure also helps to restore a normal heartbeat. Here's how cardiac arrest victims can make it to the hospital for the right treatment

If someone gets this message and passes it on to 10 people, we can expect to save at least one life.

FOR WOMEN: You should know that women have additional and different symptoms. Rarely have crushing chest pain or pain in the arms. Often have indigestion and tightness across the back at the bra line plus sudden fatigue.
Thank you Johnny 🙏✨💋

Good Morning Gran Canaria!
This Monday, Calima is expected to bring some high altitude dust from the Sahara, and maximum daytime temperatures are expected reach 37ºC in the shade across the south of Gran Canaria and at the summits, according to Spanish State Meteorological Agency (AEMET).

At sea, northeast winds of 3 to 6 knots. Rough seas, strong rough seas and background sea swell from the north or northwest of around 1 meter, though should be much calmer in the lee of the island to the south west.

Generally clear, except for some intervals of low cloud along the northern coast during the early morning and some mid to high-level cloud during the middle of the day. Calima will be most noticeable at higher altitudes. Temperatures will rise on the southern slopes and higher areas, with nighttime minimums also expected to rise, and daytime maximum temperatures are likely to exceed 34º to 36 ºC on the south and at the summits and, occasionally, may reach or exceed 37 ºC in the shade. Northeasterly winds will bring intervals of strong gusts in lower altitude areas, intensifying at night with very strong gusts probable on the southeast and northwest slopes. On the summits, moderate northeast winds.

Today June 5 we celebrate the

All organisms obtain from the environment all the elements they need to live: from air and water, to shelter and food that allows them to grow, develop and obtain energy. Maintaining the balance of the environment is essential to sustain life on Earth as we know it.

The fauna and flora are of vital importance for the environment since they have an interdependence that enables the balance of species and the development of biodiversity.

We have to find a balance between development, enjoyment and care of our planet.

Commitment and responsibility of everyone.
