The World in 2050 Think Tank & Venture Building
From now on! We believe we must act quickly and forcefully if we want to take the leap towards a positive outcome.

We are aware of the current issues affecting our people and our planet as well as the challenges we must face in the current economic and political panorama. We believe we are in the right time and place to do something about it and help sustain human life and its wellbeing for the year 2050. We believe in sustainability, in ethical business dynamics, in conscious capitalism. We believe in the pow

er of businesses and institutions to mitigate environmental damage, that companies and investors can mobilise the capital needed to overcome current challenges. We believe in maximising economic value by reforming markets to address real needs. We believe in the notion of progress based on a harmonious balance between environment, economy, industry and society; in clean, purpose-driven transactions; in business as a force for good. We believe in radical transparency and ethical governance, in accountability and genuine motivations. We believe in rebalancing the scales of justice and social progress, in purpose-driven individual and common actions. We believe in a human-centered, value-oriented society based on humanistic principles. We believe in living day by day but thinking long term in a sustainable manner. We believe in innovation and technology as adjuvants for the mitigation of harmful environmental impact, not only by tackling specific issues but by generating awareness and sharing knowledge through communication. We believe in people, in change, in earthed optimism. We believe there can be a new beginning... from now on.

The Amazon rainforest plays a vital role in our planet’s climate stability; it regulates atmospheric patterns storing in one year, the equivalent of ten years of global fossil fuel emissions, responsible for climate change. Its forests recycle about 50 - 75% of the annual rainfall back to the atmosphere, helping regulate rainfall which is key for agriculture. Peru is the fourth country in the world with the most tropical rainforests and its deforestation generates almost half of the greenhouse gases within the country.
