Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Overview:
As a Senior Project Manager at PSdigital, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, ex*****on, and delivery of our digital projects. While the role is primarily project-focused, it also includes a light operational component to ensure smooth workflows across teams. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, exceptional organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities:-
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple digital projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource needs, and risk assessments.
Collaborate with internal teams (design, development, and marketing) to ensure seamless ex*****on.
Monitor project progress, address potential challenges, and adjust plans as needed.
Provide input on improving operational processes to enhance overall efficiency.
Maintain active communication with key account managers to ensure a clear understanding of the applied frameworks, content, and strategies in the context of each project.
Monitor closely and simultaneously the progress of multiple projects with analytical and critical insights for evaluation and adjustment whenever needed.
Generate a true impact on the overall performance of the team to encourage development and achieve results with quality standards.
Set priorities and assign tasks.
Review and evaluate the outcomes and quality of completed projects
Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in project management, preferably within a digital agency or a similar field.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Fluency in the English language is a must.
Proficiency in project management tools.
Exceptional communication and client management skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and process improvement.
Professional flexibility is necessary to meet dynamic business needs
Sound negotiation and leadership skills
Demonstrated ability to confidently interact with external experts.
