-2 atados de espinaca o 250g de espinaca congelada.
-1/2 🧅 salteada en un chorrito de aceite y sal.
-puñado generoso de 🧀 rallado.
-2 huevos.
-100ml de leche.
-los secos: 125g de harina 0000, 3 cucharadas de fécula de maíz (para que queden más crocantes por fuera) y una cucharadita de café de bicarbonato de sodio para que crezcan.
