Social media can get overwhelming.
Ever feel like you're on a hamster wheel of content creation? A few years ago, I was there.
I was so focused on doing social media, I forgot about the social part. Chasing numbers, stressing about the next post... it just wasn't sustainable.
But you know what? Stepping back taught me a few crucial things:
⭐ It's okay to breathe. Seriously. Taking a break doesn't make you disappear. It can actually refuel you.
⭐ Batching is your best friend. Trying to create content on the fly? Exhausting. Spend a little time planning and creating in chunks. Trust me on this.
⭐ Authenticity wins, always. Trying to be someone you're not online? People see right through it. Show up as you, quirks and all.
⭐ Your well-being matters more than any post. If it's draining you, it's not serving you or your audience in the long run.
Since then, I've been working on building a content management business that helps my clients save time, generate interest in their businesses, and avoid creator burnout.
Here's what I do for my clients:
◾ Create long form content like blogs and newsletters in their unique voice
◾ Edit podcasts - video and audio only episodes
◾ Repurpose long form to short form social media - create graphics, short video, and text posts, as well as SEO friendly captions
◾ Repurpose one type of long form content to another - like podcast to blog or newsletter
◾ Create social media content marketing strategy and content calendars
I've learned so much about content and lead generation since starting this journey and the most important lesson is that learning never stops.
Anyway, I'm planning on being more active here. Would love to connect with you!
And of course, if you're a founder, consultant or CEO looking to build a personal brand, drop me a message. Would love to see how I can help.
