It creates questions and heightens the curiosity of the listener, the enigmatic soundscapes are so thick but, nonetheless light as a feather in the wind. The album works, in a way as when u are looking at a huge painting, but you are only allowed to watch in through various tiny holes on a wall. You get the big picture when you combine all these small impressions together. A worthy album to seek out for sure!.

Update. End of this month, I will buy either a new PC or a new power supply for my old PC ( which is not working at the moment ). As u all clearly can understand, I need my PC 2 do Kalteldur reviews. Note, on the military-boxes where my PC usually is I have placed something... which also is a good thing 2 have ( or listen to ). 3 cassette tapes with Dark Ages. Minimalistic dark ambient with a touch of Dungeon Synth.

I do have a feeling that you have a feeling (or two) about this compilation album. It´s the essential, underground, limited, and underrated cult album for any synth-pop fan in my book. If you have all your early stuff from Mute Records, Ultravox, Numan etc, etc, and you need something extra... look no further. M. Bryo & D.M.T will fix you right up!

I find the whole thing to be rather pleasant to listen to, pleasant in a good way that is. The atmosphere is a very sincere thing here, and the listener will find themselves... somewhere else! I also really dig that old-school industrial aesthetic! Kind of like early NON in a way, really gritty and minimalistic. The whole recording also being a very... kind of organic. Feels like, that all the recorded sounds are working together toward a specific mood or goal that is. Everything is almost melted into a single sound (with sounds within) if that makes sense!

The whole thing is a bloody larger-than-life experience. Like a small thing with a huge world hidden inside. A masterpiece?. Might so... Underrated, might so. Highly recommend listening to this otherworldly thing while there is a storm brewing outside while being in the basement (that is). Ambient music for basements anyone?! Bound to give you pleasant dreams!.

Let me just say this, every second on this album is a second spent with god. It´s bloody amazing. The darkness equals the darkness on SPK´s Leichenshrei, the brutality even equals Genocide Organ´s Leichenlinie! Why this act ( or this album ) hasn´t been recognized is beyond my understanding! And again we return to the artwork... don´t let it scare you!

To further describe this beautiful album would be to spoil the adventure that the album will deliver to the listener. It broadens with every track, a tiny world continuously growing with every second going. It´s like I said, It´s a perfect sandbox album. You can explore every bit here, and the album keeps on motivating you to do that. The sound is... absolutely superb. Recommended listening through headphones, or your stereo-speakers with your vintage CD player. My small speakers work like an absolute charm in my basement. It´s bloody high-quality ambient stuff here, way more than the rest!

While this is an excellent HNW album, the end of it also gives me the impression of getting out of the coal mine after a long day's work. My ears are actually banging, and my mind and eyes feel... quite heavy and overloaded. Quite the edgy thing here, the sound and feel really get to you.. which (I believe) is the intention. After the album had ended, you can still hear and feel the aftermath of it. Hell, I even think that it could (and will) haunt me in my sleep. Well, here you are ladies and gentlemen... the latest thing in HNW. Subterranean noise wall, bound to bring you down...

You almost feel like being a part of the recording itself, participating in some kind of spiritual cleansing... a harsh spiritual cleansing that is. A wonderful album, truly is. Simple but abstract, minimal but incredibly dense, primitive but highly spiritual. Two contrast are evident here, they work together and it works. Sort of like yin and yang, recommended!

This CD features a cacophony of small collisions of sound and may send the listener on a hectic and uncomfortable, but nonetheless rewarding, journey through a space full of objects that are hard and sharp, but, along the way, also beautiful. I can therefore only recommend that you put on your space suit, swallow the red and blue pills and let Astro take you on a trip into a stratosphere that is wild and chaotic rather than calm and soothing.

Analog-industrial atmosphere exploring the world of insects... through science. I could imagine that if H.P. Lovecraft had an idea about how the insectoid (and crap-like) Migo communicated, then it could sound like this. Pretty otherworldly and has a pretty microscopic mood throughout the entire album, with lots of conceptual focus on this album. I suggest that u go and get it before the bugs do!
