deZeption was quite successful around 2005-2010, and among the first Danish synthpop acts to reach a larger foreign audience.
With the CD release of the debut album ‘Human Eyes’ in 2008, the band suddenly found themsleves selling CD’s and playing concerts in both Denmark, Germany and Norway. The CD is still a real treasure in the music collection of many electronic music fans.

The 10 track debut album ‘Human Eyes’ is a hidden gem from the Danish synthpop scene. Previously, only available on the original CD release from 2008. But, now it will be out for the masses on all major digital platforms in September. - But first a single of the song ‘Puppet’ will be out in August.

Today, deZeption is a “one man band” by founding member Jan Brink. The main concept of deZeption is still to make electronic pop music to affect your brain and feet, with beats, soundscapes and catchy lyrics. The sails are now set on a new course, and Jan is working on new electronic pop music for a 3rd full album in the same style, as the band were originally known for. Town And Towers Records are really excited to be part of this new journey together with Jan Brink.

- So, deZeption is for sure alive and kicking again.

This is a bit different re-release of a similar Vaylon album 'The Void Of Silence’, originally from 2017.
This new version features 20 tracks, and some have been changed compared to the original album 'The Void Of Silence’. The album is now including some remixes instead of the other tracks, e.g. Now with a remix by the renowned artist Leæther Strip.

When you mention Vaylon, no further introduction is needed for most people...
Vaylon is one of Scandinavia’s most remarkable and well known synthpop bands during the last 10 years! Vaylon is Dan Beck and Ole Ulrich Jensen. The band is strongly inspired by the 80’s synthpop, and have been part of the Scandinavian synth scene through the last decade, and thye have a huge discography behind them.
