This year I decided not to send out a HAPPY NEW YEAR to my network subscribing to my newsletter. Instead, this greeting will have to do. I mean it all the same, though! I really wish for all to get and make a Happy New Year - and I want to sincerely thank all of you who have been in and been added to my network in 2020. Thank you for sharing and caring! I am looking forward to continued collaboration in 2021, where new adventures are awaiting :-).

I sometimes share ideas for great books, podcasts, articles and relevant news stories on my Twitter profile () - feel free to connect there too.

That´s all for now - take care out there, stay safe and negative (positiviely speaking) and don´t be a stranger.

PS As you can tell from the picture, I did manage to get a lot out in nature in 2020 - that was my one tip for all in my New Years Greeting last year. I also did my share of zoom´ing, google hangout´ing etc - but we also managed to meet in Davos in January, and to have a few face to face workshops.

Jeg har nedfældet et par råd til at lede på tværs af generationer. Med nye, unge medarbejdere, der vælter ind på arbejdsmarkedet pt., kan man ind imellem blive udfordret af forskellige behov, ønsker, vaner, meninger om, hvad der skaber værdi for og på arbejdspladsen. Det er et spændende spændingsfelt, efter min mening, og personligt er jeg helt vild med den nye generation - samtidigt med, at jeg selvfølgelig har stor respekt for min egen og den (endnu) ældre, som der også stadig skal være plads til!

Årets Fællesskabspris 2017 gik til ’Cykling uden alder’, der i samarbejde med Sundheds- og Omsorgsforvaltningen har etableret stærke cykelfællesskaber på Københavns plejecentre, hvor frivillige cykelpiloter og beboerne sammen tager ud på eventyr på cykel.

Vi skal være super opmærksomme på, på hvad vi bruger vores tid og kreative hjerne... Det er jeg igen blevet mindet om her de sidste dage på techfestivalen, hvor der har været mange gode indlæg om hvordan teknologi påvirker og kan påvirkes af os mennesker :-). Listening to stories from great business leaders, who think and act in a different way. One of them is Jonathan Halperin, who among other things told a story about their open hiring policy in Greyston Bakery. Leave your name and phonenumber, and if we call you up and you show up - you have a job! He said: We do not hire people to make brownies, we make brownies to hire people. It reminded me of Lucy from Eldoville Farm in Kenya. This way of thinking and acting stretches my mind - and seeing this video, where one of the employees from Greyston Bakery tell his story:
