Wavestorm Records is back with a new release and we have new talents on board again!
Zixten has been responsible for the A side of this release.The conservatory educated, Danish newcomer from the city of Aalborg has composed a genre-bending debute track, "All Alone" for Wavestorm's 5th release.
His sounds are a mixture of different musical motives and elements, heavily influenced by various genres of underground Bass Music, Techno and EDM, blended together into a heavy hitting, dancefloor Drum & Bass track. Intensive, continuously switching rhythm and grooves within this track have proved to be filling dancefloors both in Denmark and abroad this year.
On the AA side you can find the Danish artist, Mørika, hailing from the city of Copenhagen. "Dreamer" is a track that gradually builds a mellow, cozy soundscape into snappy, organic beats and melodies accompanied by deep, warm and heavy bass sounds.
Mørika's music is recorded in a very "performative" and "humanized" manner with his very own sounds sourced through foley recording techniques, granular processing and unique approach to different compositional methods. The influences of Hip Hop, Neuro Funk-, and Liquid Funk Drum & Bass are all over this track!
