25.2.2023 was Biafra referendum that justify the Biafra people to activate the full guerilla warfare against Nigeria islamic state. This is a war of survival not just self-defence.

Total voters registered in Southsouth Biafra: 14,440,714
Total vote cast = 2,497,740

Southeast Biafra 10,907,606
Total vote cast = 2,281,805

Total voters registered in Biafraland = 25,348,346
Grand total of vote cast = 4,779,544
Total number of Biafran that rejected their vote and Nigeria = 20,568,802.

The self referendum of Biafra by rejecting the general election are as follows:
For Biafra: 20,568,802
One Nigeria: 4,779,544.

AN EXPLICIT WRITTEN VERSION OF THE BIAFRA SPOKESPERSON MAAZI SIMON EKPA'S LAST NIGHT BROADCAST MONDAY, 20TH FEBRUARY 2023

I want y'all to understand the impūnity of Nigeria and the crime they have committed against Maazi Nnamdi Kanu. They kidnåpped him in Kenya and tortured him for 8days, renditioned him to Nigeria then kept him for another two days before bringing him to court.

After Maazi Nnamdi Kanu was discharged by their Court, they still locked him up for 8days before filing their appeal. Maazi Nnamdi Kanu was languishing in their custody for 8days even as a free man and according to Nigerian law, immediately you're discharged, you're to work free until there's another case against you but that did not happen

In the appeal court judgement, the judge admitted that Maazi Nnamdi Kanu was extra-ordinary renditioned from Kenya to Nigeria but in a press briefing, Malami was informing the world that Maazi Nnamdi Kanu was extradited to Nigeria. Rendition and extradition are two different things. Rendition is a crime against humanity while extradition is legal. So Malami was misinforming Nigerians and the world. And you want to go into an electi0n in this type of country?

We cannot betray Maazi Nnamdi Kanu to the extent of validating the system that has abused his right with impunity.

Since 2015 when you voted all this cr*minals, they k*lled over 40,000 Biafrans, 10,000 Biafrans are illegally detained and don't even go to court, over 7,000 Biafrans are missing and you want to validate the country that have brought this kind of pain on us in this coming electi0n? No, it's not going to happen.

Nigeria government claimed that "one of the reasons Maazi Nnamdi Kanu is being detained is because he called for sit at home". Since he was detained for issuing sit at home, we're going to use sit at home to bring him out. Those planning to v0te in Biafraland must sit at home for the price Maazi Nnamdi Kanu has paid, the torture and inhumane treatment meted on him.

We're using this sit at home to k*ll two birds. To fight for the release of Maazi Nnamdi Kanu and to fight for the freedom of Biafra.

Since Nigeria Appeal Court ruled that "no court has the right to try Maazi Nnamdi Kanu because of the extraordinary rendition, why are they still holding him? You must release Maazi Nnamdi Kanu before this election.
