I interviewed Tony Award winning sound designer (and Hzandbits user) about his work and approach to sound design for Theater:

"If you think about how we experience sound in nature it is not simply made up of the noise that you hear. It contains a lot of other information as well: distance, directionality, size; clues to tell us what it is and (evolutionarily) whether or not to run. So in the theater that translates to considering how it's delivered in the physical space of the theater."
