Marie-Kristin is our Head of Digital Media & Programmatic and is responsible for the support of our clients as well as the technical and operative campaign management. Directly after school, she completed her education as a media business manager in digital & print at immonet GmbH. Afterwards, she started at adlicious and worked her way up to her current position little by little. She always has a smile on her face and charms everyone with her charisma. She is also very curious and eager to learn and always comes up with a smart line. Her open nature, her very good interaction with customers and her positive character makes her a perfect leader, who is currently conquering Germany's digital marketing stages.

Jannis joined us in 2020 as a Brand Marketing Trainee and is now Team Lead of our Marketing & Creative Team. 👨🏻‍💻 He studied International Business Management at the BSP Business & Law School in Hamburg and was also abroad in 2018 in the Beijing Foreign Studies University. Currently, he is acquiring a Masters degree with a specialization in Marketing and Business Development. Prior to joining us, Jannis had diverse student jobs in marketing departments of different companies, such as Statista and Rauch Fruchtsäfte GmbH. His strengths lie in his deep knowledge on data driven creativity and his exceptional organizational skills, allowing him to not only create creative concepts for our clients but also orchestrate media strategies throughout the full customer journey. 💪🏻 We are proud to have Jannis as part of our team and are happy to be celebrating his 3 years anniversary with us! 🥳🧡
