Benjo’s story
Benjo Productions was founded in 2016 in Hamburg, Germany by Benjamin Radeke and Joerg Taupitz. It is a label for pop, electro pop and funk music. As multi-instrumentalists Benjamin and Jörg write their own songs and lyrics.
Jörg played in the past the bass in several groups in Hamburg. He loves playing funk-basses and plays a Yamaha soundgear-bass. He is the singer of most passages in the BENJO-songs.
Benjamin plays drums and guitar, he arranges the songs and creates sounds. He arranged and mastered the song "Paint the town" He sings rap-parts and second voices.
We love to create straight music for dancing with nice melodies and hooklines. Some songs like "Disco Bouncer"will remind you of the 80s. We like creating songs to feel well, when you listen to them.
