Agriculture is an integral part of any economy and it ensures sustainability and therefore continuity of life.
According to Our next #9njahustler, “Hunger is not seasonal and therefore food production should not be”.
Farmer Ogbole Samson @samsonprolific is the team lead at Eupepsia Place limited, a soilless farm lab where artificial intelligence technology is at its core of enterprise.
Nigeria, like most developing countries, is faced with the challenge of preserving and growing seasonal food during off-seasons. This #9njahustler has focused his energies on mitigating this challenge.
He holds a BSC in Biochemistry from the Igbinedion University and an MSC in Biochemistry from the University of Ibadan. Samson is also a PHD candidate at the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta.
His quest for knowledge as it concerns Agriculture and the challenges facing communities fuelled his motivation for answers and got him enrolled for further training Disruptive strategy at the Harvard Business School, (Boston, USA) and Stanford University, where he acquired more knowledge as it relates to and food and nutrition.
Samson also went to the University of Manchester, where he acquired more knowledge on Population health and then Lund University in Sweden, where he tried to understand the concept of greening the economy.
Samson understands that we have to foresee and plan for the future when it comes to agriculture and climate and so he learnt more about sustainable agriculture for the year 2050 from Wageningen and Agro-ecology & sustainable Agriculture from the University of Western Australia.
You know a man means business when his hunger for knowledge sends him all the way from Africa to Australia. Samson understood that AI is not only the future but is also entrenched in every aspect of our economy. He is therefore also a proud student of machine learning and artificial intelligence at the University of Austin Texas.
