Yesterday night was just amazing - what a great thunder and lightning spectacles - dozens of rapid firing bolts in illuminating the sky. Nothing beats the electricity in the air when nearby a bolt hits the ground. Pure magic. Can we please have this happening again tonight?

New location is such a killer. We don't look back and only regret not doing that step of moving earlier.
Great, warm welcome in the neighborhood also. All in all, best decision in the last 8 years.
Internet is still missing though until June 10th. So we have 2 days off now, enjoying coffee in the amazing garden and will try to recover from the move while watching the raven nesting. He loves walnuts... Still enough to find and explore creatively here in the little paradise. We will continue to be available for new business enquiries as usual by next week.

It's official, I just left the old editing room yesterday and everything from importance moved with us to the new home and studio place in one go. Some stuff not anymore or rarely used has been already sold, some more will be listed. This location change somehow was long overdue, and seeing this now coming together 10x better and 7 days earlier than expected, is rewarding and worth going through the tremendous struggle, that initially lead to the move in the first place. But that's another story.

I'm thankful for all the help of people, from those who referred potential locations for my needs, to all the transporter crews and volunteery drivers, and everyone else who made this possible by donating even just a single minute of their precious time.

That said, speaking of time, time to start the Pc and tweak and finalize some lyric video.

Even though we get the mighty fusion for free with Davinci Resolve, I am still in love with After Effects for lyric videos and fancy mograph animations. Few exciting projects in the pipeline. Ears are bleeding from listening to the same song fragments for 19hours straight. But it's fun anyway. And such a great upcoming album , great band and a pleasure to work with. Would tell more details, but NDA is holding me back ...

April concert schedule also looks promising and I can't stress this enough, but hansemosh - Bremen Metal Feast - Part IX is going to be a blast next week. Get your ticket asap, if you haven't already.
29 years since I saw sinister last time... Damn...time is ticking fast.

Sharing a flashback from 20 years ago - at the time I was still shooting analog film (Image showing Jason Pierce of Spiritualized at Roskilde). There always was the element of surprise in filmphotography - every press of the shutter button had to be planed wisely, still lots of hoping to have nailed the few shots on the roll.

Ton of great news: the studio is moving into a new, bigger and better location in July and I am returning from creative break starting in April. The last months I have gained some clarity on the future path and set the foundation of the upcoming era. But that's not all, something great is going to become reality very soon and it is probably the one project I have been most exited about for last few years. That said, this month I celebrate the 20th anniversary of the company. Thank you for the loyalty and support during the last 2 decades.

Hey everyone! Some massive change is going on lately and I've thought about it for few months now. It has been a tough decision to let go, but in order to move forward on the career path as a filmmaker, I'm closing this department of the company by the end of the year for an undefined time period. It's been a 19 years and 9 months journey. There was good, bad and truly ugly, failures and success, and against all odds, if I can be proud of something, it might be to have always stayed true to myself. That said, thanks to all, who have been loyal clients, friends and follower during all the years, especially to those who have supported me during the nearly past 20 years. Anyway, I am not dead yet and I will return soon, even if it's just for selected works and commercial projects , but for now, I'm done. OVER AND OUT.
