Unsere Expert*innen, von denen einige bereits an der Stoffentwicklung beteiligt waren, teilen im Anschluss ihre Perspektiven: Alex Lindh .r.lindh Creator, Showrunner und Headautor, Asha Hedayati , Rechtsanwältin für Familien- und Ausländerrecht sowie Autorin des Buchs Stille Gewalt und Prof. Dr. Christine Michaela Graebsch, Kriminologin und Strafverteidigerin und. ✨ Festivalpremiere von A BETTER PLACE✨
Endlich ist es soweit! A BETTER PLACE feiert am 18.10. beim seine Festivalpremiere in der Sektion TOP TEN TV! Ein riesiges Dankeschön an unser großartiges Team, das über vier Jahre so viel Leidenschaft und Arbeit in diese Serie gesteckt hat.

Eine Welt ohne Gefängnis – das ist das mutige Ziel des TRUST-Programms in Rheinstadt.
Unter der Leitung der Wissenschaftlerin Petra Schach gibt TRUST entlassenen Gefangenen eine neue Chance: Arbeit, Wohnung und Therapie statt Wegsperren. Während die einen das Programm als soziale Utopie feiern, empfinden andere es als Schlag ins Gesicht der Opfer.
A BETTER PLACE beleuchtet diese gesellschaftliche Gratwanderung aus den Perspektiven
von Programmteilnehmer:innen, Gegner:innen, Sozialarbeit und Politik.

Getragen wird die Serie von einem tollen Schauspielensemble.
