Although not officially part of the NATO Tigers, the 5 Naval Air Wing of the German Navy painted on of their Westland Sea Lynx for the NATO Tigermeet in Jagel in a design matching the occasion. Very cool scheme!

Flashback......

The Czechoslovak airline ČSA operated a total of twelve Iljushin Il-18 aircraft in its fleet. The first six planes were delivered in January 1960 and were used extensively on European routes as well as on long-haul flights to Havana, New York, and Montreal.

Pelikan 1 is a rescue helicopter homebased in Bozen / Bolzano in South Tyrol. In use is an Airbus Helicopters H145 with registration I-PEBZ, which is flying with the organisation since 2015.
The helicopter is seen here returning to its base from the hosptial close by, presumably after transfering a patient to the hospital staff.
