Portabile Music Trier (PMT)
The label for Jazz, Blues, Rock & Improvised Music

PMT is a part of the Jazz Club Tier and was established in 2004 by Nils Thoma, president of JCT and an active bandleader, composer, arranger and saxophone player. Our main activities:
CD PRODUCTION: We guide our artists and musicians along the complex road to a CD — from primary advice through initiation of contacts

, help-on-hand during recording, mastering and copying/printing to the final product
CD PROMOTION: We send the CDs for reviewing, we advertise, we “telle the world” about them and we sell them
We INTERMIDIATE gigs for our artists
PMT’s aim is not to milk the artists dry — we are a NPO (non-profit organisation) — any profit from production is used for marketing of the existent productions, thus benefiting the PMT artists! We work not for mammon but for the love of music and wish to support (especially) the regional musical culture and let “the rest of the world” know what fantastic artists we have in our part of the world.
