Some albums are catchy, some are bulky, some immediately stick to you, others touch you. โDeath Tranceโ, the terrific new opus by RxAxPxE is far off these categories. It contains an aggressive world of sound, composed of menacingly clattering frequencies merged with low, massive tones and their ritualistic dimensions into a rustling, shrill, mangling mix of Terror Noise and Power Electronics. A pulsating, rhythm-based, and occult beginning with woven-in murmured and asphyxiated conjurations rises up, then changes to an unnerving, screaming rag of sound, only to be finalized by a rite of nonterminating deepness, that is accompanied by whispering and tortured screams. This album is blackness incarnate.
Since 2005 RxAxPxE is the epitome of occult, ominous, sepulchral works sprung from a distinctively sinister mind aloof any modern hypes and trends. No attention-whoring, no networking. Only one thing: Glorification of the Dark One through the most disturbing, sick sounds directly originating from the depths of the human soul. Every release is a ritual performed, every track causes unadulterated destruction.

It is well known the reputation achieved by the Chilean Metal of Death. This is not only a good sign for healthy competition but also a hard ordeal for new bands because they will feel obliged to match, otherwise they will be buried before starting to breath among the stench of the catacombs of death.
Sepulchral Rites are a young band wanting to contribute to the Chilean pantheon with their young blood of Death Metal. And while they do tread the long trodden path of old school Death Metal, they have managed to offer something new to those always seeking to inhale decay and at the same time being invigorated by it. โDeath and Blood Ritualโ is their new recording, and offers a personal take and perspective of old school death metal through the young eyes of a female band. Their sound exhales death imbued with a feminine influence of Southamerican shamanism and primal nocturnal witchcraft, and in such a way, they have contributed not only to the Chilean scene, but also to the worldwide death metal scene.

Womb11 is rancid and decomposed Nekro Industrial unleashing its debut album on Dunkelheit Produktionen. This man hails from the bleak and desolate wastelands of Russia and in many ways the sounds reflect this hostile environment. Slow and churning dark throbs, clatters and sound waves form a cobweb of deathlust and dark magick.
One thing that is especially striking is the analogue nature of the music. Classic Industrial weaponry like the MS10 live up to their long-lasting legacy and the deep and full waves interact with percussion created with real bones and human remains. There is a feeling of minimalism and trancelike repetition that is mastered skillfully, reminding the listener of absolute classics like Zero Kama, Halo Manash and Korpses Katatonik.
