Carrot cake better than at Starbacks
juicy and delicious
ingredients:
3 carrots
200 grams of brown sugar
3 eggs
3 tablespoons yogurt
pinch of nutmeg
half teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla paste
170 grams of oil
250 grams of flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
a handful of walnuts (coarsely chopped)

frosting:
300 grams of cream cheese
7 teaspoons powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla paste
rub an orange

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes, let it cool down, put the frosting on top and decorate with orange peel

Arabic rice dish KABSE
Ingredients:
1 chicken
3 onions
2 carrots
2 chilli scots
2 pieces of garlic
2 tablespoons tomato market
5 grated tomatoes
500 grams of rice

Spices:
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon of onion powder
1 teaspoon ginger powder
1 teaspoon cumin
4 lauber leaves
2 dried limes
1 teaspoon black peppercorns
1 tablespoon clove
1 teaspoon cardamom
2 cinnamon sticks
rub an orange

to fry:
1 tablespoon ghee
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons neutral oil
(sunflower oil)

Let the rice cook for about half an hour.
Grill the chicken in the oven for about 25 minutes.
