Non-organic food have chemicals, which can lower the value of antioxidants. Organic fruit and vegetables have no chemicals, which allows you to take in the full benefits of antioxidants when you eat your produce. 💚

Thanks for having us Folk By The Sea, 2018 Folk by the Sea, Kiama. Had fun playing at the Anglican Hall Saturday arvo and will close out the Festival tonight at 8.45pm -9.45pm at the free concert at Kiama Bowling Club. Music kicks off from 4.30 with Wally Byrne, Mutual Acquaintances, Danny Priestley and Kate, Rusty and the Saint and Linda Mizzi. Come on down...forget about Monday for a while!
