Gefühlt jeder hat diesen spektakulären Himmel in der Nacht vom 10.-11 Oktober 2024 wahrgenommen, als die Polarlichter in verschiedensten Farben tanzten - sogar in dicht besiedelten Ballungsräumen wie Berlin waren sie zu sehen und das mit bloßen Augen! Ich habe mich an meinen Lieblingsort begeben, absolute Stille und ein weites Panorama - hier am Müggelsee in Berlin-Köpenick! Mit zwei Kameras habe ich meine Bilder festgehalten. Die erste Serie sind mit meiner Panasonic LUMIX S1R entstanden, diese hier mit der neuen LUMIX S9 und dem Objektiv LUMIX S 20-60/3.5-5.6.

About me and my photo work

My name is Steffen, since early childhood, I am interested in photography. I was inspired by my mum and my grandfather who had already put a camera in my hand and explained step by step how the technique works, what you have to pay attention to and what mistakes can happen. A long time, I had withdrawn from the field, because I simply missed the equipment and I just found other topics exciting, puberty and so ;)

For about 10 years, with the purchase of my first digital SLR camera, the beautiful memories of this hobby came back and I remembered what I had learned. In the meantime, photography belongs to my profession, mostly I am in the architecture & landscape photography on the way, but could also collect many experiences in the portrait & model photography.

I love photography. This also convinced my client(s) and so I was allowed to photograph for several well-known personalities, among others the band Linkin Park or different actors for press work. I hope that my work is well accepted by all my fans and try to constantly improve myself and to bring new things into my daily work.
