Keikee is a DJ and Electronic Dance Music Producer from Seoul, South Korea, closely connected to the Circle Rotary collective, and a familiar presence on the decks at the clubs of the vibrant underground scene, such as Cakeshop, Contra, Soap, Pistil (Seoul) and Output (Busan.

In 2021, Keikee relocated to Cologne, Germany, and began studying at the Pop Institute of Folkwang University Of Arts. Within just a few months, Keikee had already made her presence known at some of Cologne’s most established Electronic Music venues and events, including Gewölbe, Odonien, Jaki, Acephale and Dublab Radio. Plus, notable festival slots at Zugvögel and Bucht der Träumer.

Keikee’s DJ sets are playful and energetic, and thoroughly explore sounds & genres that are new and exciting for the dancefloor, such as Dark / Cosmic Disco, Synth Neo-House and Indie-Dance. Her selections are dedicated to the underground – Do not expect business as usual.

With this, she conjures up an unmissable smile on the face of her audience at every gig.

Theus Mago is the alter ego of Mexican producer Mateo González, responsible for dance music projects such as Bufi (Kitsuné/ Discotexas), Sonido Fantasma (Turbo Recordings) and currently co-head of label Duro. Theus Mago is a new side of Mateo obscure experimental rhythms meet the rigourness of the party dancefloor. In 2015, Theus Mago released “Ritmo Extraterrestre” through the french/german label Correspondant, earning quick support from the likes of Solomun, Dixon, Âme and Haai, kicking off a constantly busy world touring schedule. Mateo’s alter ego has lately been on a steady streak of solid releases, including labels around the globe such as Lumiere Noire, Turbo Recordings, Optimo, Ombra Intl, Duro, Feines Tier, Correspondant and Pets Recordings, among many others.

There are two things that unite the people: love and music. Lucky one who knows how to connect these elements and lucky for us that he became a DJ. And this is how his space shuttle reached Earth in the last decade (some people say it even came from Venus). With lots of devotion the Commander seeks out the most beautiful sang and spoken words dressed in their loveliest instrumental dresses for us. And as you know neither music nor love distinguish between colors the messiahs of love is not fixed on his musical roots as a founder of the legendary electro group Kombinat 100. That is how we can listen to a sweet repertoire of Folk, Country, Reggae, 80ies, Hip Hop, Pop and Acoustic sophisticated with special and far away imported cover versions. So it is no surprise that hearts break open and dance floors, car radios, internet streams and couches turn into a place of salvation and satisfaction.

Berlin-based multi-instrumentalist and DJ, .rux_ , is something of a contradiction: At once a slow grind in sweaty ecstasy, while at the same time observing you from a distance, legs crossed, tapping one foot gently.

The same goes for the construction of his music. Deceptively simple at first listen, each track is building into a complex,dirty-minded concoction of soul samples, melodies, beats and varied sounds and rhythms. Handclaps and wooden percussion intertwine with dub-heavy bass beats. Banjos and harmonicas alternate with city sounds from the urban canyons of a gritty metropolis. Blurry voices and distant murmurs interact with chimey chords.Doctor John jams along with Kode9. Hyperdub acts as a tripping backing band for the Chain Gang. Carefully digged samples, acoustic field recordings, bells and percussion are nestled up against rolling beats and synthesizer loop.

M.RUX brings together his favourite findings in music history with what he predicts to be music’s future, paying respect to both and establishing a new sound somewhere between abstract dance tunes and subtle break beats.

O/Y is a contemporary approach to the synthesis of minimal, dub, electronica, ambient & downtempo synonymous for impulsive grooves ensnared by deep pads and lighthearted melodies, O/Y is always shifting playfully between micro and macrocosm.

Artists such as Polar, Skudge, Moritz Von Oswald and Jay Dilla don’t often find themselves mentioned in the same breath; as a musical alignment, however, they paint an accurate picture of the rich sound spectrum of this virtuoso.
After four years of touring the world with his live set, O/Y started his own label ‘Doubt Records’ in 2022, organising releases, events and radio-shows under that very name.

After releasing two sold out vinyl EP’s and an album on the label we are proud to present new tunes once again - this time with a digital 5-tracker packed with nutritious festival food for all the day- and night-times this summer.
„Show Up“ is probably best served when the sun shows up and you can raise one hand in the air while sipping on your Spritz with other. The title track „Scream!“ goes in a darker and weirder direction, Johannes probably channeling his inner Kosi here with those tipsy cowbells and wonky sample pads flying around.
When the sun’s getting low and you can’t make out „The Forest For The Trees“ through all this fog and dry ice, just play the tune with that title. The warm piano and string chords will guide you through it all.

„Urgent Calls“ might be the most straightforward deep house track Johannes ever made, yet it still got that hazy trippy Klingebiel touch to it. Maybe this should be your new ringtone?
Closing out the EP is „Beyond“ with its mix of chord- and mind-bending synths and… brass instruments? Anyway, it makes us feel like we’re in a Western movie getting ready for a stand-off but accidentally had some edibles in our breakfast cereals and now everything is starting to melt into each other. And now? Hit repeat!

Being socialised by a bunch of Westphalian music enthusiasts of the late 90s, commenced his musical career making himself a name as a respected Hip Hop DJ, only to end up realising that his true dedication would be electronic music. All these eclectic influences can be heard in his music, be it in his unpredictable vinyl-heavy DJ sets, his original productions and remix works (for example with Johannes Klingebiel as “106er”) or as co-founder, booker and resident of “Feines Tier”, one of Cologne’s favourite electronic music happenings.

In late 2015 he opened the temporary space called „Jackwho“ in Cologne together with a bunch of friends. He has his residency in Cologne at well known Gewölbe and plays Berlin clubs like Kater Blau or Sisypos on a regular basis. Besides that he’s used the better amount of his recent leisure time to bring his bee keeping skills to perfection.

Feines Tier is entering its 60s together with Lithuanian lad Liudas Lazauskas aka Roe Deers and his „Landscape“ EP. We’re not exactly sure if those titular landscapes are to be understood literally, figuratively, metaphorically or all at once, nevertheless they are fascinating and a marvel to take in. Where and how do we start? With an (un)healthy dose of acid of course! „I’m very sorry (Acid)“ takes care of that, with the tune delivering everything the title promises, experience report included. Better make sure set and setting are right for this one! After that we’re taking a thrilling „Helicopter“ ride to „Glory“ and try not to loose our „Shoes“. Ok, that was a little cheap, I’m Very Sorry (Acid)! (Sorry again!) Anyway, to speak in strictly musical terms, „Helicopter“ is a banger. And „Glory“ is just beautiful with its gorgeous addictive swirling arps, while „Shoes“ keeps it cool tempo-wise and also mood-wise, creeping through some dark back-alleys with moody breakbeat drums and brooding synth chords. The penultimate „Silent Stories“ picks up the pace again a little bit, but gets even more grubby, hypnotic and seductive vocals included, before we get another face-melter with the closer „Sash“, which goes hard on the electric bass in your face, pitched-down vocals and some cowbells for good measure. Thank you Roe Deers for guiding us through these Landscapes for our 60th, the fresh air makes us feel like teenagers again.

What a dream combo! Irish powerhouse and maeve runner The Drifter joins forces with the Israeli super talent of Frau Blau fame, Kadosh . The result is JAKARTA, an elegant yet relentlessly effective and forceful tune built to elevate dance floors small and big(!) around the globe.
It is one of those productions where all the elements fall into their suitable places so naturally that it’s made looking easy, which one might call an attribute of true craftsmanship. The delicate mesh of synth stabs and chords, the sporadic vocal insertions, the efficient beat programming, everything is arranged to build a sum greater than its parts.

We’re given two different variants of the track, the „Day“ and „Night“ version, which gives a clue about their respective qualities and intended use. But to be quite honest, we could also imagine the „Night“ version on a sunlit festival floor or the „Day“ version in a dark and sweaty warehouse. There have been dark days and bright nights after all, stranger things have happened. Whichever you end up choosing in any given moment, you most likely won’t be wrong.
