Imagine juicy meatballs swimming in a flavorful tomato sauce, served over perfectly cooked spaghetti - it's a match made in heaven. Hope you'll love this easy spaghetti meatball recipe as I do!

4 servings:

500g ground beef
140g bread crumbs
90g grated parmesan cheese
2 eggs
a handful of freshly chopped parsely or dried parsely
2 cans of crushed tomatoes
6 tbsp of tomato paste
1 onion
7 cloves of garlic
a handful of fresh basil leaves
additional grated parmesan cheese for garnish
additional fresh basil leaves for garnish
spaghetti pasta
salt
pepper
olive oil

This cucumber salad is tangy and refreshing. It's also easy to make when you run out of time or simply for lazy days. Adding perilla leaves to this cucumber salad is fantastic - the combination of the fresh cucumber taste and the herbiness of perilla leaves is just *chef's kiss*
