Regardless of what the goal is, the key is to set it and write it down so you have something to strive for. There is truly something magical about it. ✨

After you' ve achieved that goal, set another one and write it down. And off you go.

It's been proven that something special occurs when people put their commitments down on paper: They stick to what they wrote down.

🇺🇸 🇩🇪 Who hasn't been there? You send an offer to a potential client, and they try to negotiate with you. How often do you consider accepting it? Probably very often. Or someone asks you for a favor and your answer is usually "yes". 😞

For our inner strength it is enormously important to be able to say "no" and to set our boundaries. 💪

When we say no, we are afraid of rejection or disappointment. This is often because of our education or because we want to avoid conflicts.

Before you say "yes" to everything, ask yourself the following questions next time:

- Do I even want to do it?
- Do I have time?
- Am I often asked for a favor from this person?
- Do I feel comfortable doing this?
- Do I have extra costs or can I do something more useful?

Start with this little exercise: say "no" at least once a day from now on. 🙅‍♀️ Saying "no" is a right, not a privilege!

🇩🇪 Wer hat das nicht schon erlebt? Du schickst einem potenziellen Kunden ein Angebot, und er versucht, mit dir zu verhandeln. Wie oft ziehst du es in Erwägung, das Angebot anzunehmen? Wahrscheinlich sehr oft. Oder jemand bittet dich um einen Gefallen und deine Antwort ist meist "Ja". 😞

Für unsere innere Stärke ist es enorm wichtig, "Nein" sagen zu können und Grenzen zu setzen. 💪

Wenn wir Nein sagen, haben wir Angst vor Ablehnung oder Enttäuschung. Das liegt oft an unserer Erziehung oder daran, dass wir Konflikte vermeiden wollen.

Bevor du zu allem "ja" sagst, solltest du dir beim nächsten Mal die folgenden Fragen stellen:

- Möchte ich es überhaupt tun?
- Habe ich Zeit?
- Werde ich oft von dieser Person um einen Gefallen gebeten?
- Fühle ich mich wohl dabei?
- Habe ich zusätzliche Kosten oder kann ich etwas Sinnvolleres tun?

Fange mit dieser kleinen Übung an: Von nun an sag mindestens einmal am Tag "Nein". 🙅‍♀️ "Nein" sagen ist dein Recht, kein Privileg!

🇺🇸 🇩🇪 A little tip 💡: don't pay attention exclusively to your "insights". Even Instagram is not able to evaluate everything from millions of people. "Insights" should be seen as a guideline/average.

With the "Live video Option" you can see how many of your followers are actually online. If you want to be more precise, keep an Excel spreadsheet with the different times and analyze them to see when is the best time for you to post.

Only through constant trial and error and finding out what works and what doesn't will give you the results you want! 🥳

Concentrate on the positive! 🤩

That said, never look back, but always look forward. No matter what you have gone through in your life, your life is in YOUR hands and there are no excuses! Leave the past behind, it does not define us. Yes, it shapes us but we can still change our actions and our way of thinking.

There are people who had a terrible past and how is it still possible for them to be happy and grateful? Because these people have understood, it is up to them to make the most of it. People who are unhappy, contribute a great part to it themselves.

You can still decide today for a better life. 💪

A part of my why!

Is today a good museum day?

What if every day of our lives was catalogued? Our feelings, the people we deal with, the things we spend our time with? And what if at the end of our lives a museum was built to show exactly how we have spent our lives?

If we spent 80 percent of our time with things that don't fulfill us or that we don't enjoy, then 80 percent of the museum would be filled with them. You would see pictures, videos and quotations showing scenes of various unhappy moments.

If we are 90 percent happy and content and spend our time with friendly people, you would also see that in the museum.

If we enjoy spending time with friends and family but dedicate only two percent of our lives to all that, then only two percent of our museum would be filled with it - as much as we would like something else.

Imagine what it would be like to walk through your own museum and see your own pictures and videos. How would you feel? How would you feel if you knew that the museum would forever show you the way you are remembered?

The memories of us would not be based on the life we actually dreamed of, but on how we actually lived.

Why should I hire a freelancer for my social media marketing? / 🇩🇪 Warum sollte ich einen Freiberufler für mein Social Media Marketing einstellen?

In today's marketing world, it harms a company not to be active where the target group is present. Therefore, you have the possibility to hire a social media management full- or part-time employee in your office, hire an agency or hire a freelancer to manage your social media channels.

The permanent employment seems to be similar in price to a freelancer at first, but it is not. A freelancer is much more affordable.

🇺🇸 🇩🇪 Du gibst dir so viel Mühe mit deinem Content und wunderst dich, warum deine Posts kaum gesehen werden?

Dann solltest du unbedingt über deine Hashtag-Strategie nachdenken. Hast du noch gar keine? Dann wird es Zeit.

1. Benutze ausschließlich Hashtags, die zu deinem Bild passen: Du besitzt einen Blumenladen und postest ein Foto wo eine Braut darauf zu sehen ist. In diesem Zusammenhang solltest du den Hashtag "Blumenladen" NICHT benutzen. Leute, die nach dem Hashtag suchen und eine Braut sehen, werden nicht auf deinen Post klicken.

2. Benutze unterschiedliche Hashtag-Gruppen (wenn möglich ca. 5-7), damit du nicht immer die gleichen Hashtags benutzt.

3. Variiere deine Hashtag-Größen.
Es gibt keinen perfekten Leitfaden, aber mein Tipp ist, Hashtags im mittleren Bereich und kleinere Hashtags (für die Sichtbarkeit) zu verwenden.
# unter 500.000 Beiträge
# mit 100.000 Beiträgen
# mit 50.000 Beiträgen
# mit 20.000 Beiträgen
