The Logistics Hall of Fame announces the appointment of 16 jurors to select the winner of the 2023 Lynn C. Fritz Medal for Excellence in Humanitarian Logistics. The members of the jury will decide which project of a humanitarian organization will be awarded in Berlin in late 2023 with the medal, which is sponsored by the Fritz Institute in San Francisco.

We are very pleased that Peter Abelmann has accepted the position of Election Commissioner at the Logistics Hall of Fame. The selection commissioner is always independent and monitors proper electoral process.

Die diesjährigen Finalisten für den Einzug in die Logistics Hall of Fame stehen fest. Am gestrigen Montag haben Vertreter des Councils im Berliner Bundesministerium für Digitales und Verkehr vier von 14 vorgeschlagenen Persönlichkeiten für die Aufnahme nominiert. Drei von insgesamt zehn Kandidaten erreichten das Finale für die Auszeichnung Logistics Leader of the Year. Die Kandidatenlisten beider Ehrungen sind traditionell geheim und werden nicht veröffentlicht.

Verliehen werden beide Auszeichnungen anlässlich des jährlichen Gala-Empfangs. Dieser findet in diesem Jahr am 29. November im Tipi Am Kanzleramt in Berlin statt.

This year's finalists for induction into the Logistics Hall of Fame have been determined. Three of a total of ten candidates reached the finals for the Logistics Leader of the Year award. The lists of candidates for both honors are traditionally secret and are not published.

Both awards are presented at the annual gala reception. This year's event will take place on November 29 at Tipi Am Kanzleramt in Berlin.
