Still alive🎉 ...but I'm dealing with data recovery from fatal hardware damage right after my Italy Roadtrip, while I'm already busy traveling back and forth between study and work.
Let's hope that some of the few data I was able to record survived 😅

What's about the stop of onboard recording when losing signal? Wouldn't it be possible to record all the way through?
Another point: one of my units started onboard recording immediately after recovery but the other one didn't.. (just a bug I guess)

3 weeks ago my HDO googles spontaneously decided to start 🚬
Result: Goggles working fine but receiver bay is dead.
I received the replacement board yesterday.
Sadly no difference to the old one.
I guess I need to order some other replacement boards to get my Fusion module working again.

Just replaced the old HDMI board and connected my Fusion module.
The googles work just as expected, sadly no reaction at all from the module (no boot, no LEDs – nothing (just like 3 weeks ago)), just a black screen in the googles...
First, I thought it must be the module, but I recognized:
NEITHER my Fusion nor OwlRC module are working in the module bay of the googles (RX Power Switch is on of course)
– but both DO WORK in my other googles just fine!
Fpv googles just committed suicide🎉
Cause was a short circuit between the HDMI board and the external power mod (@ 7.9V). Fatshark will send replacement parts
It's exhausting and a bad timing as well
BUT the only way to get good at repairing is breaking a lot

Analog 3D displays different images in front of each eye coming from two cameras positioned about 10cm from each other. Increasing it results in greater 3D effects. I´m kinda surprised how well Walksnail did at this spot compared to analog. Both my college and me experienced bad range and weren´t able to fly far, because of the trees blocking line of sight... With Walksnail I was able to confidentially fly the whole lake without any breakup.
