Bands on the label's roster are characterised by a strong and total artistic vision, which is reflected in premium physical products. Auerbach Tonträger are part of the Prophecy Productions label family under the umbrella of the independent media group SPKR.

Through acoustic and largely instrumental translation, Jørgensen lays bare the spectacular layers of cinematic beauty that hide underneath Norwegian black metal. Throughout the 90s, he was an integral part of Oslo's fast rising black metal scene. Although feeling somewhat disenchanted with black metal for a while, Jørgensen continued to appear in various formations until in 2019, he founded new black metal act Dold Vorde Ens Navn together with three current and former members of DHG/Dødheimsgard Official. Thurnin - Menhir - Reissue - November 11, 2022
Little is know about Thurnin beyond the fact that the mysterious Dutch dark folk solo project is the creation of mastermind and sole musician Jurre Timmer. Before Thurnin, Timmer released an album with his death doom project I, Forlorn. He also created two albums and two EPs for a project under the name of Algos. Although his idea to compose an acoustic EP for Algos pointed towards the general direction of Thurnin, Timmer decided to start fresh on a clean musical slate and to let his new band develop into its own direction.
In January 2021, Timmer emerged seemingly out of the blue from his home studio in the town of Soest by the Dutch city of Amersfoort with a dreamy and richly textured acoustic dark folk album, which according to its maker is inspired by the beauty of nature – as befits its romantic genre. "Menhir" became an instant hit on YouTube that has already passed the milestone of 1 million views.
Currently, Thurnin are preparing for a new album via Prophecy Productions / Auerbach Tonträger.

Audibly adding many years of experience, "Haavard" again invites us on an acoustic journey into the beating melodic heart of dark Nordic music. This album is the 'missing link' between a modern interpretation of folklore inspired Norwegian music and black metal. And although in a paradoxical twist, the latter seems not to be present on this album, it sure is. Beauty easily has all of us fooled.

German Apocalypso Schlager duo St. Michael Front will release their second album "Schuld & Sühne" ("Crime & Punishment") - their first one written entirely in their mother-tongue - on May 13. Today, Bruder Sascha and Bruder Matthias present the first single 'Wir sehen uns wieder' ("we will meet again"), which is intended as both a hymn and a swan song. Parallel to the release of their new album, St. Michael Front reissue their trailblazing debut in an ultimate collector's edition: "The Beginning & the End of Ahriman" will be published as a 72-page hardcover artbook with numerous photographs, artwork, and all lyrics. In addition to the regular CD containing the full album "End of Ahriman" from 2018, the book comes with a second CD featuring two exclusive versions of songs from the "In the Wake of a New Dream" EP (2016) and eight previously unreleased tracks – the song 'Sad King', five instrumentals, and two remixes.
