LIVE BROADCAST I 2024 YETI Xtreme Verbier I March 23-31
After four successful events, the FWT by Peak Performance season is about to conclude with the most famous event on the freeride calendar: the YETI Xtreme Verbier. With the weather window – March 23-31 – rapidly approaching, the world’s best freeriders are preparing for one final show in what is shaping up to be an epic Grand Finale. Verbier’s legendary Bec des Rosses will once again be the battleground, an awe-inspiring mountain reserved for the finest freeriders, with steeps exceeding 50 degrees amidst a complex network of technical terrain, providing a fitting finale to an extraordinary season.

LIVE BROADCAST I 2024 Fieberbrunn Pro I FWT Finals
Stop four of this season’s FWT by Peak Performance is confirmed for this Thursday, March 14, at 8:15 AM CET - 1:15 AM MST.
The remaining top-ranked riders will take on the ever-intimidating Wildseeloder, a mountain that needs little introduction in freeride circles, owing to its impressive – if not daunting – pitch, long vertical drop, and seemingly endless selection of gnarly lines.
Riders in all categories will enjoy a two-run format, with only the highest-scoring line counted. This gives them two chances to lay down a perfect run, promising to push the level even higher, a concept difficult to grasp given the insane skiing and snowboarding this season. Early weather models are forecasting snow next week, which should provide a fresh canvas for riders to hold nothing back.

After an epic start to the 2024 season in Verbier, Switzerland, FWT by Peak Performance heads across the Atlantic for the legendary Kicking Horse Golden BC Pro. This is the seventh time a FWT event has been held at this resort, with the Ozone Face providing one of the most challenging venues on tour, offering varied terrain and huge features to suit all riders. Each year, riders surprise us with creative, new lines, ensuring a thrilling day of competition, which begs the question: what new tricks and takes on the mountain will the world’s best pull out of the bag this year?
LIVE BROADCAST I 2024 Verbier Pro
The 2024 FWT by Peak Performance starts in Verbier on Saturday, January 27!
The FWT kicks off in two days with the first event of the season, the Verbier Pro. As previously communicated, the event will take place in Verbier to take advantage of the ample snow base in the Alps. Organizers have decided to hold the competition on the Petit Bec, that offers better snow conditions and less wind affected snow than the previously announced Bec des Rosses. Riders will be treated to sunny skies and good snow conditions, offering a slight advantage for the more experienced riders, who will be able to better read the conditions and the gnarly terrain found on the Petit Bec.
The home of freeride is ready to host the world’s best athletes, signaling the start of what promises to be an epic season. Live coverage starts at 10:15 CET, first rider dropping at 10:30CET with the dropping order as follows:
• Snowboard men
• Snowboard women
• Ski women
• Ski men
The talent this year looks incredible, but who’s got that extra touch of flair to take home the win? Find out in two days, as FWT24 is ready to launch!
