Quinoa stir fry
Ingredients: Quinoa, zucchini, carrots, spinach, paprika, celery, spring onion.
Methods:
Boil the quinoa in a boiling water to cook. In a frying pan, add a 2 tablespoon of olive oil, a slice of garlic. Fry till golden brown, then add your vegetables. Allow to fry a bit, add some spices of your choice. Then add your your quinoa and stir. Allow to simmer for few minutes. Remove from heat and serve 🍛🍛. Thrive Daily

Carrot, banana and dates bread.
Ingredients: carrots, 1 ripe banana, 3 tablespoons of date jam (homemade), 2 cups of white flour, 1teaspoon baking soda, 1teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 3 eggs, 100ml olive oil, coconut milk.
Method: Blend the carrot, banana, eggs and olive oil together. Pour the mixture into a bowl and add your coconut milk. In a separate bowl, sift the flour, baking powder and soda, salt and cinnamon powder. Gently add the dry ingredients into the wet bowl. Mix well together and pour into your baking pan. Crush some dark chocolate into the mixture. Sprinkle the top with almonds flakes. Bake for 20mins. Stick a pointed knife or fork to check if the inside is dry. Continue baking for 10mins and you have a healthy carrot, banana and date bread for breakfast 🥞 or snack. Thrive Daily

Healthy gluten no yeast free bread:
Ingredients:
Millet flour 1/2 cup
Greek yogurt 200g
Olive oil (2 tps)
Egg 1
Baking powder (1 teaspoon)
Salt ( 1 teaspoon)
Preparation:
Preheat your oven 180 degree Celsius
Mix the millet flour with Greek yogurt, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1teaspoon of baking powder and salt. Add one egg and half cup of warm water. Grease your baking pan and pour the mixture into it. Bake for 25 minutes.
