Quinoa stir fry
Ingredients: Quinoa, zucchini, carrots, spinach, paprika, celery, spring onion.
Methods:
Boil the quinoa in a boiling water to cook. In a frying pan, add a 2 tablespoon of olive oil, a slice of garlic. Fry till golden brown, then add your vegetables. Allow to fry a bit, add some spices of your choice. Then add your your quinoa and stir. Allow to simmer for few minutes. Remove from heat and serve 🍛🍛. Thrive Daily
