No one who loves the forest stays on the path. But isn't it risky? The forest can be so dark, so deep, wet and cold. But someday you come to a glade where the sun gives the grasslands a beautiful green glow. Change your path, change direction and get off the straight and narrow. Because only if you turn your entire attention to the forest, the trees begin to tell you all their secrets.

Niemand, der den Wald liebt, bleibt auf dem Weg. Aber ist das nicht gefährlich? Der Wald kann so finster, so tief, nass und kalt sein. Doch irgendwann kommst du an eine Lichtung, wo die Sonne die Grashalme wunderschön grün erstrahlen lässt. Deshalb ist es gut den Weg zu ändern, die Richtung zu wechseln und vom geradlinigen Weg loszukommen. Denn nur, wer sich dem Wald an Erlebnissen voll und ganz zuwendet, dem erzählen die Bäume all ihre Geheimnisse.

I found I can say things with color and shapes that I couldn’t say any other way – things I had no words for. What would the world be without colours, dreams and fantasies? With what would we make our dreams come true? With black paint - sometimes more, sometimes less mixed with white paint?

Ich entdeckte, dass ich Dinge mit Farben und Formen sagen kann, die ich nicht anders sagen konnte - Dinge, für die ich keine Worte habe. Was wäre die Welt ohne Farben, Träume und Phantasien? Mit was würden wir unsere Träume Realität werden lassen? Mit schwarzer Farbe - mal mehr, mal weniger mit weißer Farbe gemischt?

I love spontaneous shootings. When we had some quiet time in production, I enjoyed going through the studio, bringing out equipment that hasn't been used for a while. So one day we did a shoot with my photographer colleagues, where we created a set from old, partly not very intense neon lights. And here is the result.
