Feuilleton Podcast 019 mixed by Jakob Mäder is out today! Jakob is a Stuttgart based DJ and producer who also performs live. His musical interest spans across different genres: Ambient, House, Disco, Acid and sometimes even Techno inspired music. Together with his crew Midnight Service he organises events with artists such as Johannes Albert, Philipp Schultheis or Panthera Krause, just to name a few. Ranging from reduced Ambient to classic House inspired Deep House or experimental Breakbeat productions, his output as a producer reflects his eclectic taste as a DJ. Besides crafting his very own music, cheerful disco tracks result from his artistic work every now and then. He started his own label Constant Change in 2021.

Feuilleton Podcast 018 mixed by is out today! Jana Falcon is a DJ, producer and former Vinyl Cutting Engineer based in Berlin. She grew up in the 1990s with Euro Dance, UK Garage and 2 Step. The greater Frankfurt area was her home and became her safe harbour for many wild party nights. She moved from Frankfurt to Berlin around 2011 and very soon the first DJ gigs came up. As an alumni of Berlin’s SAE institute it’s not quite surprising she started producing, too. In 2016, after a long way to go with producing, mixing, mastering and especially facing up to the art of cutting vinyl records, her first record was released on „Smile For A While“. Her DJ sets combine eclectic UK Garage and old school House tunes with modern, synth-driven House tunes, as well as deep & discoid stuff. Despite her broad influences she’s a DJ personality with an instantly recognizable signature sound.

Philipp Priebe’s album „Apparent Calm Palms“ from 2022 was reinterpreted by Metome, Lawrence, Ohm, Fossar and Tim Eder. With very different approaches, each artist created a truly personal version of their favourite track from the originals. The result is a remix EP portraying a wide range of sound from deep, minimalistic House via Dub Techno to Breaks and Ambient. Out today via Bandcamp and all digital platforms.

Feuilleton Podcast is back with a fresh episode mixed by our dear friend Tilman. Running the record labels Pleasant Systems and Fine (2nd one together with Johannes Albert), we think Tilman does not need a big introduction here. Through his appearance on FEUILLETON004, he is also not new to our label, so we are happy and excited to have him back. Expect a warm house music mix by one of the best!
