/stills from video/ One of the most challenging shoots I had so far. Filming a one hour long site specific performance in a single shot, with a handheld camera on a gimbal. No rehearsals, different light situations, the audience walking around freely, actions happening simultaneously in different spaces. There was water, there was fire, there was so much I needed to capture to make sense of the whole piece.

Big Boys Don't Cry, a dance film created for choreographer Marion Sparber will be screened at Alps Move Festival as part of a video installation for the Tanzcollective Sudtirol. We are very happy with the invitation!

Last month, I was invited by choreographer and dancer Judith Sanchez Ruiz to produce a livestream interactive performance between her in Berlin and dancer sam wentz in California. The concept was to create a virtual stage where both could dance together but also have a live conversation about the process itself. In the end, we also had a live Q&A where the audience could participate. I am glad about the opportunity to learn and try something new, playing around with different technologies and adapting to the challenging times we are living in - No matter what, the show must go on!
