Having worked for years with luxury clients and publications at Google, Demi is currently managing luxury fashion partnerships at the Amazon group. In media, Demi’s work has been published at Harper’s Bazaar, Madame Figaro and other major publications - oftentimes moderating international panels at big fashion tech events and being a public speaker at TED X.

Demi is also a part time professor on luxury marketing in some of the world’s top universities, such as Harvard & HEC. Lastly, her own consulting firm „Maison Demi Karan“ is helping independent luxury maisons and Web 3 startups in London, Paris & Milan, build solid branding strategies while also serving as a board member at companies such as the „Institute of Digital Fashion“ and „Emily Carter London“. A self proclaimed Futurist and an evangelist of Web 3, she is always on the lookout for the next big thing in fashion.

Dr. Federica Carlotto is Programme Director of the MA in Luxury Business at
Institute of art. Federica is the author of the book “Luxury brand and art collaborations: postmodern consumer culture” by Routledge, where she analyses collaborations against current consumer behaviour and socio-cultural evolutions.

She has participated to the latest panel about , and by The Walpole, and hosted panel discussions on digital fashion for the Digital Fashion Week. Other panel participations include the Market Research Society and the Luxury Law Summit.

Maya Penn is a 24 years old award-winning multidisciplinary artist, founder, CEO, eco-designer, director, animator, and author. Starting at just 8 years old when she founded her own eco-clothing brand Maya’s Ideas, Maya’s been working in eco-fashion and media for 16 years. Maya launched Coach’s circular fashion innovation lab and sustainable sub-brand Coachtopia, and collaborated on a fully circular Coach gown that she wore in attendance to the 2023 Met Gala. She was named one of the best dressed by the Council of Fashion Designers of America.

Maya graced the Cover of Vogue alongside Billie Eilish and has taught biomimetic design class for Swarovski’s Creatives For Our Future Program. She’s been named one of the 2023 Most Influential ESG Leaders by WWD. Maya is a worldwide speaker and change maker with talks that have been translated into over 100 languages. Maya was a speaker at the 2023 Textile Exchange conference in London, and is certified by Cambridge Business School in Circular Economies and Sustainable Strategies.

Through her production company Upenndo! Productions, Maya has done animation and production work for Hulu, Adobe, US Congress, and more. Maya is directing an original animated short film titled ASALI Executive produced by Viola Davis. Maya has been named by Oprah Winfrey as her youngest Supersoul 100 entrepreneur and changemaker. This year Maya was inducted into the first ever Youth Impact Council by Sarah, Duchess of York.

Reeves Connelly creates educational videos focusing on design and architecture concepts through the lens of popular culture and media. His videos cover various design-related themes, including environmental psychology, design history, and set design analysis.

Connelly holds a Master of Architecture (M.Arch) degree from Pratt Institute and a Bachelor’s in Biology and Health Sciences. This multidisciplinary background informs most of his videos, particularly those addressing psychological or environmental topics. He has been featured in major publications such as The New York Times and The Washington Post as a subject-matter expert on contemporary design trends.
