Deutsche Presse-Agentur and AP are expanding their partnership with a new agreement covering video news and live video services in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

The agreement builds on more than a decade of cooperation between the two news agencies and expands dpa’s existing video offering for media customers.

APA - Austria Presse Agentur has announced positive results for 2025, with EBIT rising to €5.5 million and adjusted revenues showing growth despite ongoing market challenges.

APA also confirmed a leadership transition following the appointment of CEO Clemens Pig as future Director General of the ORF. Effective immediately, Editor-in-Chief Maria Scholl and COO Klemens Ganner will jointly lead the APA Group on an interim basis.
