Happy blue Monday!
It’s official: today marks the most depressing day of the year.
If you’ve been feeling a bit of an extra weight on your shoulders today, you are not alone:
Blue Monday is here for all of us.
First published by a British travel company in 2005, the date is calculated with a not-so-scientific formula, using factors such as:
- time since Christmas
- time since the failure of new year's resolutions
- the weather
- debt levels
- motivational levels, and
- the feeling of a need to take action
Yet somehow, blue Monday always falls on the the third Monday in January. We wonder why :)
The good news is: it can only get better from here!
Blue Monday can be used as a starting point of a more action-oriented period, where we finally shake off the winter blues and take charge of our lives again.
In the spirit of looking at the glass half-full, let’s ask ourselves the following question today:
Which small thing makes you hopeful that tomorrow will be better than today?
We’ll start: tomorrow, we’ll have two more minutes of daylight than today. Yay!

What a difference a year makes....
Today is a big day for us - our lovely digital company is now a year old!
One year ago today, our founder Evelyn Janetzki signed the papers at the notary's office and walked out a company owner 📈 💼 👩🏻💼
So much has happened in the meantime, and we're taking a moment today to celebrate and let it all sink in!
Just some of the things we've done...
... workshops almost every single month
... for hundreds of participants
... covering topics from self-care to entrepreneurship
... constantly developing and improving our method to help more people
And so many things we still have on our list! We'll save them for our second round ;)
What makes this year really special, are the phenomenal people we have crossed paths with and who continue to inspire us every day!
