Creative contributions are either individual submissions or a contribution that develops thro
ugh online discussions. Your idea or contribution will enter the voting process, as long as it is meets the demands and is executable. These will be marked by the Dystopia team. The voting process consists oft two parts: rating and shortlist. Rating means that all activated submissions will be shown to you randomly. You have to rate at least 10% of the overall submissions to make your vote count. We will take the best-rated submissions and add our comments for the next step, the shortlist. During this phase you have a single vote to support your favorite idea. The most favored idea or submission will be the basis for the upcoming step in the development process. Assemble your own favorite version of the DYSTOPIA film. The collaborative development and the production aim on what we call the Content Pool. The Content Pool contains the source material, which you can download for free. There will be alternative endings and key scenes, music tracks, sounds and visual effects as well as pre-edited scene modules. Whether you are a professional filmmaker or not – this content pool offers you basic and professional elements you need in order to create your very own short film. The entire process will culminate in a competition for the best short films, which will be shown in selected theaters.
