Welcome to the team!

A multidisciplinary creative with a deep-rooted background in music, fashion, and visual storytelling, Usman brings a layered, culturally rich perspective to his work. As Senior Manager Brand Partnerships at Sony Music, he operates at the intersection of music and brand strategy, crafting innovative partnerships that bridge art and commerce. Since 2015, he has also worked independently as an image and brand consultant, shaping narratives for both emerging talents and established names across the creative landscape.

Usman is also the Creative Director of arabsoda, a fashion brand and creative studio. Under his direction, arabsoda has collaborated with brands such as Converse — producing artistic content, immersive experiences, and visual campaigns that defy traditional boundaries.

With a portfolio that spans casting, creative direction, and cultural programming — and an eye for connecting talent with meaningful aesthetics — Usman will lead OFF ONE’S ROCKER’s special projects with a focus on celebrity casting, global talent curation, and the development of cultural partnerships across print, digital, and the gallery space Schlachter151.

Welcome to the team!

Off One’s Rocker Publishing is pleased to announce two new additions to the Fräulein team. Kat Zolototrubova will join Fräulein Magazine as the new Fashion Director for the Fall/Winter 2025 issue. Prior to this, she will serve as Deputy Fashion Director for the Spring/Summer 2025 issue, ensuring a smooth transition into her new role. She will continue to be based in Paris.

With an impressive background as the former Senior Fashion Editor of Vogue Russia, Kat brings years of experience and an extensive network. Her unique artistic sensibility has already influenced Fräulein through her contributions as a freelance stylist in previous issues. Through our past collaborations, we know that Kat’s view on fashion and pop culture aligns with the new direction of Fräulein Magazine. „I am confident that her contribution will help shape the new aesthetic of Fräulein Magazine and bring it to the next level,“ says Ann-Kathrin Riedl, Fräulein’s Editor-in-Chief.

Kat Zolototrubova will be supported by Nicole Atieno, who joins the team as Fashion Editor as of now. The Kenya-born model, who moved to Germany at the age of 11, has built a successful career as one of the country’s top models, having worked with major fashion houses such as Gucci, Dries van Noten, Valentino, and Bottega Veneta. Now, she is ready to start a new chapter. Nicole will take on the role of Fashion Editor with a focus on digital content, covering international fashion weeks for social media and contributing to the soon-to-be-launched Fräulein website. „After Nicole was already part of our family in front of the camera, it’s even more exciting to now collaborate with her behind the camera,“ says Ann-Kathrin Riedl.

In their new roles, both Kat and Nicole will work closely with Ann-Kathrin Riedl as well as with Götz Offergeld, the magazine’s Artistic and Editorial Director.

Offergeld founded Fräulein Magazine as an artistic alternative to conventional lifestyle publications, offering a platform for strong, forward-thinking women. The magazine is published by Off One’s Rocker, which is also home to Numéro Berlin, Numéro Homme Berlin, and Intersection.
