About the artists :

Some of humanities most ancient pleasures are often experienced on a deeper level when done slowly: Eating. Thinking. Making love.

Bearing that in mind, it makes nothing but sense that with around 10 bpm less than the common club sound, the music of She Knows is all but average. Once the dancer stops rushing it and truly allows him- or herself to listen and actually sink into the soft yet powerful voice of Teresa Tomás and the melting synthesizers of Marcel Dadalto who form the duo, he or she lays out the perfect conditions to experience some true dancefloor magic.

At the same time, She Knows credo is to let the spontaneity and the spark of the moment flow into their music, just as they experience it during their jam sessions. It's no surprise that word of She Knows quickly spread around the European electronic music scene.

Both Marcel and Teresa have been continuously adapting their live shows, performing as a duo and as solo artists, with shows featuring live percussion, VJ sessions and dance performances, and have been playing at infamous Berlin clubs such as Kater Blau, Ritter Butzke, Rummelsbucht, about:blank, concert venues such as Zeiss-Planetarium Jena, Säälchen, Holzmarkt, Yaam, and european festivals like Fusion Festival, Garbicz Festival, Wilde Möhre Festival, Sa Terza Metari.

So keep your eyes peeled as this duo is ready to surprise you - if you allow yourself to explore that timeless momentum their music creates.

Excited to share the 13th Domecast recording from Tobias. who takes us on a deep vortex |||||

How does one achieve to become a mainstay in a scene as temporary as electronic music? In the case of Tobias Freund, all the answers are there, yet they will most probably not apply to anybody but him.

With Tobias a lot of things fall into place. He knows sound from the inside out, thus he is able to develop his own as well as lend his expertise to others. And even if the studio might be his favourite instrument, he knows so much about any hardware to produce electronic music that he can push the music forward any way he wants to. There is no need to divide his works into avant-garde or club contexts, because he effortlessly merges his whole spectrum into a performance that is all him, transforming the complex textures and gripping rhythms that make his music so fascinating into experiences where listening and dancing are one, and a whole life of music leads to ever new innovations. As it happens. On the spot.

Robert Henke is a composer, artist and software developer,
mainly known for his contributions to contemporary electronic
music and for his laser works.

His installations often change slowly over long periods of time, and are specifically conceived or adapted for unique locations. They include elements of intentional uncertainty, resulting in endless variations. Most of them use laser technology combined with sound to create unique audiovisual experiences.

His musical work has a particular focus on rhythm, timbre and
color, and he is recognised as a pioneering explorer of
surround sound. His long term project Monolake, became one of
the key icons of a new electronic club culture emerging in Berlin after the fall of the Wall.

For Robert Henke coding software to realise his works is an integral part of his artistic practise. He is one of the main creators of Ableton Live , a software which since its invention in 1999 became the standard for music production and completely redefined performance of electronic music. He writes and lectures about sound and the creative use of computers and held teaching positions at the Berlin University of the Arts, the Center for Computer Research in Music and Acoustics (CCRMA) at Stanford University, and the Le Fresnoy - Studio national des arts contemporains in Lille, France.

His installations, performances and concerts have been
presented at Tate Modern in London, the Centre Pompidou in
Paris, Palazzo delle Esposizioni in Rome, le lieu unique (officiel) in
Nantes, MoMA PS1 in New York, MUDAM in Luxembourg, MAK in Vienna, Palazzo Grassi - Punta della Dogana in Venice, the Art Gallery of New South Wales in Australia, KW Institute for Contemporary Art, STRP Biennale in Eindhoven, and on countless festivals including Unsound, CTM Festival , MUTEK Montréal, Sónar Festival, New forms Festival

LF58 is a project founded by Giuseppe Tillieci AKA Neel & Filippo Scorcucchi ||||| The duo is fascinated by possibilities offer by electronic music, focusing specially on experimental and ambient music. Continuous research leads them to increasingly boundless and mystical sonic territories. The possibilities offered by modular synthesizer, push them to build their own synths, to find the perfect combination between soul and machine.

Essential Frequencies – The Mantra Sessions. Berlin-based musician and yoga teacher Laura López Castro merges both of her passions for a spiritual impromptu music experience. Accompanied by soundscapes from multi instrumentalist Lukas Lonski and vivid video projections by Merve Terzi, Laura sings her favorite traditional mantras to solfeggio frequencies.

Reverse Transmutation is an experimental ambient live setup arranged by Push Standart & Brutus Brecht. Every performance comes as a surprise, is unplanned and unique. From deep and dark spaces to absurd cloudy landscapes they take you onto a journey to nowhere. The magical process of sound creation is their motivation.

We have the pleasure to share with you the 6th Domecast recording with Dasha Rush ft. Alexandra Pyatkova for an interstellar space opera.

Dasha Rush presented a concert entitled "space opera". Focused on specifics of Teufelsberg Dome acoustics, Dasha has invited an opera singer Alexandra Pyatkova to participate in the concert as a soprano. The idea of a concert intend to be space opera - where symbiosis of human voices and electronic music (in reference to technologies made by humans) are signals "messages" sent to space via spy tower to communicate with the void or extraterrestrial life if we are lucky.

We have the pleasure to share with you the 5th Domecast recording with Acrartep for a a deep listening session into the cosmos.

Acrartep is the moniker of artist Eugenio Petrarca, created for performance solo and with collaborators. Member and co-founder of the ambient project AB UNO
His compositions are spontaneous arrangements of modular synthesizer patch pieces. Acratep research is based on Ambient Music, where each sound gets its unique sonic character through a combination of overtones.
Long standing tones, slow movements, shifts repetition and layering.

We have the pleasure to share with you the 4th Domecast recording with The Alchemical Theory /// Explore the trio’s sonic world into the dome’s acoustic.

The Alchemical Theory project was born in 2018 from the creative union of three italian producers. The identity of the project has been very influenced by the favorite sounds of the three artists, ranging from modular electronic sounds to much more atmospheric sounds. This project also comes from the love of mysticism, alchemy and nature. In each release they want to represent something that affects the listener's mind, reproducing a real mental journey.

We have the pleasure to share with you the 3rd Domecast recording. Dive deep into this minimalistic session with singing bowls & organic instruments from Leon Korošec aka Leonidasklang Leonidasklang |||||

Practitioner and Instructor in Sound Therapy, Registered Nurse, Massage and Ayurvedic Therapist, Qigong and Shiatsu Practitioner. Born and raised in beautiful Slovenia, Leon arrived in Berlin inspired by his profession and his love for music and made the city his home in 2011. He continues his research to deepen his knowledge as a natural healer with a primary focus on Ayurvedic and Chinese medicine, along with a variety of meditation disciplines. He uses 35 different types of singing bowls from Nepal, Japan, China, and India, along with other sound instruments.

On our Bandcamp and Formaviva platform we also included a second audio recording called ‘Unreleased Meditation’.
