I have been wearing my Apples Series 4(44mm) since Nov 2018. It does help me a lot to know about my health, for example, how well I sleep, how many calories I burn when I do sports, how well my heartbeat is when I stay still or move, etc. Keeping monitoring of our health is a great step for preparing a baby. That's why I bought one for my wife Paolita. LOL😆
