We’ve made a guideline for traveling along Jianmen Shudao. Take a look!

There are three hiking routes in Jiange County, especially useful for hiking beginners!

Guide to Jianmen Shudao Hiking Route ①

Zhaohua Ancient City - Tianxiong Pass - Dachao Post - Songningqiao

Total distance: 23 kilometers, takes approximately 5.5 hours.

Zhaohua Ancient City was once an important stronghold of the Shu Han regime, witnessing the historical changes during the Three Kingdoms period.

Guide to Jianmen Shudao Hiking Route ②

Cuiyun Community in Hanyang Town - Qili Village - Chaoshou Old Street - Feifeng Village - Pu'an Town

Total distance: 14 kilometers, takes approximately 4 hours

Pu'an Town is located in the Jiange mountain area, as one of the important passes of the ancient Jiange Shudao, with Jianmen Pass situated here!

Guide to Jianmen Shudao Hiking Route ③

Guangyuan City - Thousand Buddha Cliff

Total distance: 6 kilometers, takes 1-2 hours.

A famous Buddhist grotto art site spreads over about 1 kilometer of cliffs, with over a thousand Buddha statues and cliff inscriptions, hence named Qianfo Cliff (Thousand Buddha Cliff).
