Not far from London lies a city that many consider to be the most beautiful in the world - Bibury. Located in County Gloucestershire, this enchanting gem looks like it's straight out of a fairytale. Despite the short distance from London, it feels like you're diving into another era, far away from the turmoil of the English capital. Bibury is located on the banks of the River Colne, in the picturesque region of the Cotswolds Hills, which was awarded an “Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty” in 1966.

You are looking at the face of a person who lived 15,000 years ago.

The remains of a modern human, discovered in a limestone cave in France in 1911, were initially thought to belong to a female due to the pelvis size. The skull was named the Magdalena Girl because its wisdom teeth had not yet erupted. However, further X-ray analysis revealed the teeth were impacted, leading researchers to conclude that the individual was actually a woman who died between the ages of 25 and 35.

The skull, damaged during its discovery and later incorrectly restored, was digitally reconstructed using modern scanning technology. Based on this data, French sculptor Elisabeth Daynes created the model you see now, bringing the Magdalena Woman back to life.

Named after her era, the Magdalena Woman has high cheekbones and a mysterious smile reminiscent of the Mona Lisa. She lived before the Ice Age, in a time when dogs had already been domesticated.

They spend so much time fantasizing– that they have let their whole life pass by in a meaningless state, living their lives just “waiting to be happy.” But God wants us to be happy now! Instead of daydreaming our lives away – we need to embrace today and live in the “now!” God wants us to live each day as if it were our last, but plan for the future. Now that doesn’t mean planning all the details of our lives out, but rather trusting God to do amazing things through us. Planning is different than living in a fantasy world! The Mud Maid lays sleeping in the Lost Gardens of Heligan in Cornwall England. This is a living sculpture. That means that her 'clothes' and 'hair' change with the seasons as grass, ivy, and moss grow and then wither. So you'll see that she has a vibrant appearance in Spring and in Summer and she will look completely different in Autumn and Winter.
