Director of Content Operations (Editor-in-Chief)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Build the content ecology from 0-1, and be responsible for the daily management of the content operation team.
2. Carry out overall content planning for Huaxia Fengwu, sort out the process of scene content selection, production and manuscript organization, link creators and community content teams, continue to produce influential scenery content, and be responsible for content quality.
3. Expand cooperation on media resources, explore and introduce high-quality content resources in the market, and extensively carry out intellectual property cooperation on content resources, so as to provide strong support for the linkage between external high-quality content producers and Huaxia Fengwu.

Visual Design
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the interactive design and interface visual design of related platform products on the entire platform;
2. Responsible for early interface visual user research and design trend analysis of related products on the entire platform;
3. Formulate the overall visual style and related visual norms of the platform products; participate in the establishment and review of related projects and be able to make effective suggestions;
4. Have the ability to understand and analyze product architecture, be able to think about problems from the perspective of users, improve product usability, optimize design and improve experience;

Short Video Director
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the topic selection planning, script optimization, script writing, filming co-ordination of various content accounts of Huaxia Fengwu, Tik Tok, Bilibili, Kuaishou and other platforms of Huaxia Fengwu's content accounts;
2. Help the contracted person to optimize the image positioning and content iteration on the new media platform;
3. Have the ability to shoot on-site, monitor the quality of the shooting content, and coordinate on-site for various emergencies during shooting;
4. Follow up the video production process and check the finished video products of each platform;
5. Follow up with the contracted person to sort out and create video content, and control the quality of the script direction and content;
6. Commercial planning and adjustment of the script combined with the brand;
