This picture was taken during the pastoral visit of Bishop Michael Bibi,the present Bishop of Buea and the Auxillary Bishop of the archdiocese of Bamenda

He was returning from St Anthony of Padua mission station Asuh Mbessa where he had gone to say mass.
At the foot of the *Itinaketi,* he made with the fore Runner masquarate *(Mabuck)* of the dreaded Quifoyn of Mbessa going to remove the head of, and bury an elderly man of mbessa who had d*ied at Asuh.
The bishop in respect of our tradition stopped driving, and gave way for the Mabuck to pass before he could continue.
The Mabuck wouldn't pass, it continued displaying joyously besides the car and the bishop came out of the car and this picture was taken.

The person in white is the then Parish priest of Mbessa, Rev Father Patrick Mbi from Bambili,
It is during his time in Mbessa that this Bishop approved, and laid the foundation stone for the construction of the present Parish church in Mbessa.
