Dear young people, protect yourself like it’s the only thing you were born to do, guard your mind against destructive information and teachings, protect your body by eating right, drinking right and avoid being on extremes(especially drugs and bad company). Remember the world will move on the very minute you drop de@d. Do not be afraid to take care of yourselves. It isn’t selfishness to put yourselves above everyone else, it is stewardship of life’s most important thing you have which is your life, without which there is no you.The only time self care is selfishness is when you put others in harm’s way while caring for yourself. Do what you can when you have to, stay away fromanything, situation or person that posses a threat to you no matter how important it is or they are to you.
