💻 If your aspiration is to develop remarkable websites, focus on mastering the fundamental aspects of web development: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Please note that C++ is not included in this list. Spare yourself the effort of learning unnecessary languages.

📱 If mobile app development ignites your passion, you have two routes to consider:

- Native: For Android, delve into Java/Kotlin, and for iOS, familiarize yourself with Swift.

Building a Future in Cameroon's Growing Tech Sector

Cameroon's tech industry is evolving rapidly, yet big challenges remain. As a young software developer based in Douala, I see potential but also gaps limiting many from pursuing careers in coding. My mission? To help close those gaps through education, mentorship and inspiring the next generation.

While still growing my own skills, I'm passionate about sharing knowledge with others. I recently started volunteering with a local coding academy, teaching beginner web development classes on weekends. The smiles and "a-ha!" moments make all the effort worth it.

My larger goal is to develop accessible online learning resources for those in remote areas. Too many talented youths lack opportunities due simply to where they live. I'm working on building affordable, high-quality e-learning options focused on in-demand skills.

In 5 years, I aspire to have grown a thriving community of Cameroonian developers through my work. I'll also launch an ed-tech startup, hiring local youths and empowering fellow Africans through training. Our nation's future relies on cultivating homegrown tech talent - I'm dedicated to playing my part.

Let's face the facts. Utilizing tools like ChatGPT for code snippets is not equivalent to the intricate process of designing the software that shapes our world. It involves problem-solving, continuous updates, and a deep understanding of the broader context.
