Saving is the act of forgoing present consumption.I have my phone today because some months back I did not use the resources which I could have consumed immediately.
However, saving encourages capital formulation and capital formulation encourages savings for without capital we would not be able to produce enough to consume and have surplus which can be saved.

Till today we are still wondering the hunger that caused someone to discovered that bitter leaf can be used to cook a nice soup.Okay let's look at the ingredients we can use to cook the delicious soup with after you must have washed your bitter leaf.Some people just rinse the bitter leaf because they like it bitter a little while some will wash it until the bitter taste goes away.👇👇
1)Fresh tomatoes
2)Onions
3)Countri-bush pepper
4)fresh pepper(optional)
5)creyfish
6)Smoked fish, smoked meat or fresh
meat preferably biscuits bones
7)Palm oil, salt, maggi(optional)
And massipo(messep in French lang)
8)Egusi(optional), water.
N.B.Slice the ingredients needed to be
Sliced, grind those to be ground,
Parboil your obstacles.
Join all with your bitter leaf and put i
the pot.Stand on the fire.Here when
it is boiling tie the massepo with
a rope and throw in the pot
Please the massepo is just for the
flavour so push it aside when serving
the food.The bitter leaf soup is ready.
You can eat it with fufucorn, plantains,
Yam etc
